A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

I first found yoga in college in 2006. My relationship with yoga has evolved throughout the years from a fitness and weight loss technique to now my way of life. I always wanted to teach and spread the joy that yoga gave me. I started teaching out of pure passion in 2018 and finished my teacher training in 2019. 


I have extensive knowledge of sports and the human body which powers my passion to help athletes enhance their body’s capabilities and prevent injuries. I specialize in functional movement, strength, breath work and assisted stretching.


To me, Yoga is more than just the physical practice. In its original context yoga is presence; it is bliss; it is self awareness and meditation. Yoga is an experience and that is what I strive for my clients to feel.
